How we will use the information provided

Fire Door Journal will use the organisation and recipient information supplied on this form to administer and fulfil the corporate subscription, deliver the requested magazines, manage payment, provide essential service communications and maintain appropriate subscription records.

Where recipient details are supplied by the organisation rather than directly by each individual, the organisation must have authority to provide those details and must ensure that each recipient has been informed about how their information will be used.
